  • Account details such as name, email address, phone number, subscription status, and authentication identifiers.
  • Product usage data such as dashboard sessions, alert preferences, signal views, mobile app interactions, and webhook configuration metadata.
  • Operational data such as device type, browser, approximate location, logs, and delivery status so the dashboard and alert layer work reliably.

How We Use Data

  • To provide CoinPattern dashboard access, delayed proof data, live signal delivery, mobile alerts, and support.
  • To improve Pattern Analytics models, service quality, data freshness, alert routing, and product reliability using aggregated analytics.
  • To protect accounts, prevent abuse, comply with applicable requirements, and communicate important service changes.

Analytics and Model Data

  • Pattern Analytics may review aggregated signal performance, feature usage, and delivery timing to improve the service.
  • We do not need exchange passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or custody access to provide dashboard analytics.
  • Where possible, analytics used for product improvement is aggregated or de-identified before review.

Sharing and Retention

  • We do not sell personal information. Service providers may process data only for hosting, messaging, payment, analytics, or support operations.
  • We keep account and usage data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal duties, resolve disputes, and maintain security records.
  • You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data by contacting support.
